Exchange & Return policy
- We accept returns within 7 days of you receiving your items.
- When returning items, please ensure that your goods are returned in their original packaging and labels, and have not been used or damaged in any way.
- Following a quality check, all returned items will be requested for Cocora Boutique store credit within 48 hours of receiving the item(s).
- You must send the goods back to us to our contact address at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective) as soon as possible once you have notified your return to us.
- We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense.
- We do not issue any REFUNDS.
- Credit note issuance:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange or issuance of a credit note.
- Refund will be processed onlywhen faulty product has been shipped. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your bank account, within a certain amount of days.
If you are not satisfied with any part of your purchase, please email us at email@example.com and we will exchange those products, subject to the following conditions:
- Contact our customer service via email firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receipt of product.
- Items must be exchanged within 7 days.
- The exchanged items must be unworn, unwashed otherwise unused with original tags, label attached or in its original packaging, and in the condition you received them.
If 7 days have gone by since you receive the purchase, unfortunately products will not be exchanged.
Please be advised that once an order has been placed, you have 12 hours to cancel the item. After 12 hours, we are unable to make any modifications to the order including cancellations.
